Yes ! We strive on consistency , we know how important it is to have the same cleaner service your home each visit. Realistically we want our customers to understand that a cleaner may become ill, has vacation time ,or there may be some staff changes but we can assure our customers that with any changes our they will always be notified .
If a customer is not satisfied with a cleaning never hesitate to call us within 24 hours and a cleaner will return to your home to resolve and re-clean the areas of which you're not satisfied . AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER !
That will be your choice we do suggest someone should be present who knows the property or you can give us a key which will be kept in a secure box and( if you have an alarm system you can leave it off or give us Entry / Exits codes preferably for housekeeping) PLEASE NOTE: If on the day of the first visit (cleaning) and no one is home when our cleaners arrive you will be charged the full estimated price.
To allow us to be most efficient it will be helpful to move furniture from the areas you want cleaned. (we do not move furniture) Pick up clutter that may cause an accident or interfere with time , or you can leave it with directions and we will take care of it and charge it as an added extra.
We provide cleaning supplies , but you have the option of using your own. However we do not provide certain cleaning equipment for sanitary reasons. we ask that you provide your own vacuum and broom , mop.
Yes! we are pet friendly but we have pet requirements. we currently do not offer any pet services ,so we prefer if your pets be stationed at the time of cleaning to prevent any incidents. If there is an issue or concern with securing your pets , please let us know before your scheduled cleaning ,so we can discuss any concerns we both may have. *ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO US THAT WE CREATE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR CLEANERS , CUSTOMERS , AND THEIR PETS*
No problem, We can make arrangements to clean your home within the week.
Once we're notified about the changes to your account we will give our customers a "courtesy hold" which will secure your cleaning days and hours for 10 days. Unfortunately after the tenth day and we haven't heard from the customer we will then notify you that your account has been closed.
RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION WE WILL NEED 24 HOUR NOTICE. IF A CUSTOMER RESCHEDULES OR CANCEL ON THE SAME DAY AS SCHEDULED CLEANING YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR 2 HOURS OF SERVICE
